Reporting a problem

If the tool did something wrong, the most useful message describes what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were on. If it relates to a specific chart, please describe the setup — number of tables, seats per table, roughly how many names, and whether keep-apart rules were involved. Please do not send your actual guest list; it is not needed and we would rather not receive it.

Feature requests

Requests that describe a situation are far more useful than requests that describe a feature. 'Both sets of parents are divorced and I could not work out how to show that' leads somewhere better than 'please add groups'.

Privacy questions

The free local planner does not upload your guest list. If you use an Event Pass, you can delete the cloud event from your account. See the privacy policy for retention details or email us about account and payment records.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Most emails get a reply within a few working days. There is no support team, so replies come from the person who builds the site.
What should I include in a bug report?
What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and your browser and device. Describe the chart setup rather than sending your actual guest list.
Can I send my guest list so you can reproduce the problem?
Please do not. A description of the setup is enough, and we would rather not receive personal data that we do not need.
Do you accept partnership enquiries?
Yes. Send a concise description of the proposed partnership to the same email address.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Use Reset or clear site data for a local chart. Event Pass owners can delete a cloud event from the account page, or email us about account and payment records.
