Reporting a problem
If the tool did something wrong, the most useful message describes what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were on. If it relates to a specific chart, please describe the setup — number of tables, seats per table, roughly how many names, and whether keep-apart rules were involved. Please do not send your actual guest list; it is not needed and we would rather not receive it.
Feature requests
Requests that describe a situation are far more useful than requests that describe a feature. 'Both sets of parents are divorced and I could not work out how to show that' leads somewhere better than 'please add groups'.
Privacy questions and advertising
The tools do not upload your guest list, so in most cases there is no personal data of yours for us to hold or delete. If you have a question about what is stored, see the privacy policy, or email and ask directly. Advertising on the site is served through third-party networks rather than sold directly.
